Transfers

Transfers organization:

ITP 2023 will be held in the Hotel Capo Circeo in San Felice Circeo, a seaside town, 80 km south of Rome.

It is about one hour and half away from the centre of Rome and from the International Airports of Rome (Fiumicino and Ciampino) by car. For this reason, the organizing committee has planned private transports from and to the Airports, whose cost is covered by the registration fee, provided that the established dates and times will be respected.

Conference buses will depart from the parking area of Fiumicino International Airport with the following scheduled days and times:

ITP organizing committee members will wait for you, based on the scheduled arrival time of your flight, at the arrivals exit of both Terminal 1 and 3 of Fiumicino airport. Please, do not worry if your flight is delayed; they will be informed about that, following official online channels of roman airports. They will guide you to your Conference bus. You will recognize them by the white t-shirt with the ITP2023 LOGO.

Conference buses will depart from “Piazza dei Cinquecento” (big square in front of Termini Station) with the following scheduled days and times:

Also in this case, ITP organizing committee members will wait for you, starting from 12 am, in front of the main entance of Termini station, the one that overlooks PIAZZA DEI CINQUECENTO square. Please, let us know about delays or inconveniences. They will guide you to your Conference bus. You will recognize them by the white t-shirt with the ITP2023 LOGO.

As regards the return to the airport, on Sunday 17, two buses are scheduled to bring all guests to Fiumicino, following this timetable:

We will take responsibility of transfer only at the indicated dates and times. Private transfers from and to the airport/train station are avalilable at a discounted rate.
