The official language of the Congress is English. Abstracts should be submitted in English.
The title of the abstract must reflect the work.
The full names, titles, institutions, and e-mail addresses of all authors must be clearly stated. Contact information of the presenting author (i.e., mailing addresses and telephone) must be added.
Abstracts (not including the titles) must not exceed 500 words and it has to be no more than one-page long. The template can be downloaded from this website. Your abstract must be submitted via the following google form.
At least one of the authors named in the abstract must register for the symposium. Only abstracts that are submitted by the authors who have registered for the symposium will be included in the final program.
Each presenter author is allowed to present a maximum of two abstracts.
Each abstract will undergo a peer review process. Based on the submitted abstract, the reviewer(s) will decide if your abstract is accepted for oral or poster presentation.
The deadline for abstract submission is May 20th, 2023.
TBA
According to the tradition of these symposia, the International Scientific Committee will be pleased to reward one of the exposed posters. One of our partners kindly agreed to sponsor the Best Poster Award on ITP 2023 t. International Scientific Committee of ITP 2023 will select the best poster based on the content, actuality, presentation quality and discussion with the poster presenter.
The oral presentation session will be organized for the scientists under 35 years age. The author of the best oral presentation will receive an award sponsored by one of our partners and ITP2023 organizing committee.
